The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) was established as a post-secondary institution in 1992, under the Ministry of Education. ITE is a principal provider of career and technical education and a key developer of national skills certification and standards, skilling Singapore for the future economy. It offers three key programmes:
-Pre-Employment Training for youths after secondary education,
-Continuing Education and Training for adult learners, and
-Workplace Learning and Work-Study Programmes with employers.

Under its One ITE System, Three Colleges Governance Model, ITE has three Colleges - ITE College Central, ITE College East and ITE College West.

Recipients will be informed by ITE. No application is required.

$2,050 annually
100% tuition fee subsidy from AY 2026 onwards
For recipients progressing to the next academic year (with a full-year of training), the award will be renewed in the new academic year subject to satisfactory performance and conduct in the preceding year of training.

Requirement/Conditions

Top 10 per cent of the GCE ‘N’/GCE ‘O’ level entrants at each intake exercise including company-sponsored students admitted to full-time courses at ITE.

Note: Recipients of this scholarship will not be eligible for the Edusave Merit Bursary or Higher Education Community Bursary.
