SPH Foundation Limited is a registered charity, and an Institution of Public Character. It was incorporated as the Press Foundation of Singapore Limited on 29 January 2003 and became Singapore Press Holdings Foundation Limited on 3 May 2005. It was subsequently renamed SPH Foundation Limited on 24 June 2022. The mission of SPH Foundation Limited is to help build a community that embraces education, creativity, diversity and active citizenry.
