Through these years, the Foundation has been actively engaged in the promotion of education and culture. Its major activities include:

Description

Tan Kah Kee Foundation launched the ITE scholarships at its 40th anniversary on 8 January 2023. The Foundation will award 10 scholarships worth $6,000 each annually. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage ITE students to pursue further education, to grow and develop in their chosen professions.

Requirement/Conditions

All ITE graduates who are currently pursuing a full-time Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Technical Diploma or ITE Work-Study Diploma are eligible to apply for the TKKFS.

They must meet the following criteria:
Be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident;
Have achieved outstanding results in their ITE/Polytechnic courses;
Have achieved good records of active participation in co-curricular activities (CCA); and
Demonstrate a record of sustained commitment to serving the community.
